For any shipment sent back to Rhinestone Heaven for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Your merchandise must be back to us in the original packaging and in new condition. We do not refund shipping costs in the case non-damaged goods.
